Fenway Health Announces Dallas Ducar as New EVP for Donor Engagement and External Relations
Fenway Health is thrilled to announce Dallas Ducar as our new Executive Vice President for Donor Engagement and External Relations. She will provide strategic leadership as we continue to reconnect and reengage with our patients, supporters, and community while advocating for progressive public health policies and legislation that center the health needs of LGBTQIA+ people and people living with HIV. Dallas will start on Monday, December 2.
Dallas brings with her a distinguished background as the Founding CEO of Transhealth, where she transformed a vision of equitable, compassionate healthcare into a thriving multidisciplinary center serving thousands of transgender and gender-diverse patients across rural New England. Her leadership and dedication helped Transhealth grow from a small team to a robust organization, establishing essential services, developing policy frameworks, and setting an example of inclusive, sustainable healthcare. Dallas's success at Transhealth underscores her ability to build, grow, and lead with vision.
